Tshirt Design
As a graphic designer and musician, I thought it would be cool to make something that looks cool when you wear it (hence the 'T-shirt' idea. This theme could be named something like "Guitar City". Recordings + Shows
So I have been working on new material for the past couple of weeks and I have to say I'm very excited! I am re-recording a few old tracks to make them finally sound the way I want them to. I am also doing many new songs that I am surprisingly not embarrassed of.
Recording this time around is different in many ways. I am able to take my time. I also have full control of my material which is great. I am producing it on my own as well as playing all the instruments. I love this because I can make each part exactly as I hear it in my head. I am not good at directions, so just going ahead and doing it myself is much easier.
Anyway...I hope to have a couple of them finished soon and I will post them as soon as they are finished. I am completely staying away from over-produced and over-polished tracks. Everything that you hear these days just seems so fake. It's hard to get any real feeling from most of this stuff because it's so produced. I am sticking to my acoustic roots but it's certainly way more interesting than the vocal & guitar only rough tracks that you hear now. I think you'll dig it. :)

+ Country Music Marathon update: I am not playing on a stage at the finish line. I am now playing on the "PARTY BUS". I will still be by the Tennessee Titans stadium, but 15 feet higher than you. This is very cool news considering (1) I am short. (2) Even more people will see/hear me. Thanks Nashville Sports Council once again for being awesome and for this opportunity!

2007 Country Music Marathon
(Hosted by Nashville Sports Council)
Annual Marathon through downtown. Approx. 25,000 runners, 4,000 volunteers and many spectators. I will be performing on the stage next to the finish line! This is located by the Tennessee Titans Stadium. I am very happy to be a part and to be able to bring my musical style to music city. Information on the bands playing at this event will be published in "RAGE" magazine as well as other various publications including television. I am very thankful for the exposure and I hope to see you all there!

Set 1- 8:30-9:30 am
Set 2- 10:50-11:50 am

WEBSITE UPDATE
So today I finally added things to my web site that I have been wanting to do for about three years now. When you view the "Media" page, you will notice an audio player. You can now quickly hear my songs before you download them for free. Also on the "Media" page there is a photography slide show. No more endless scrolling. This flash player is pretty handy and I'm quite proud of it. :) I'm having to teach myself this stuff as I go..so to all of you A++ web developers out there, please be patient and don't shake to angry of a fist at me via your computer monitor.
Also, On the "Contact" page, I have implemented a flash version of the "contact" form. No more pop-up pages with annoying advertisement banners. ===================================================================

I am now a man engaged to be married! I proposed on December 16th. I couldn't have asked it to go more perfect. Of course she said "yes"! Rachel and I are very excited and can't wait to start our new lives together. We've set the date of June 7th, 2008 at the moment. I'll update you more as it gets closer.
Also in the news.. I am moving to Nashville, TN by the end of February. It has always been a dream of mine to live there and I am finally able to do so.
